MEET BROOKE PLACK
As an influential Entrepreneur, Small Business Owner, and Philanthropist, Brooke has dedicated her career to empowering others, advocating for families and children, and building inclusive businesses.
As a business leader by training, she built a career path from K-12 educator to the Owner & Founder of Empire Kids & Connect Academy for Children and The Space - CoWorking & Event Venue. All companies, headquartered in Benton, Arkansas, launched from her garage.
Brooke is the first person from her family to graduate college. She earned undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate degrees from the University of Arkansas, Harding University, and the University of Central Arkansas.
Driven by "always doing what is best for children," she holds a prominent position in her community and anchors her time inspiring others to live forward and seek continual growth. To combat mental illness and promote suicide awareness, Brooke also reminds others to share their truth so that we all may be more connected.
Brooke resides in central Arkansas with her husband Justin and son Crew and spends her downtime traveling, hiking, and gardening

Due to financial constraints, many children are never afforded the opportunity to take a gymnastics class or join a community sports league.

At The EMpact One Foundation, we won't stop until the day every child in Central Arkansas has equal access to these life-changing experiences and resources without regard for financial or logistical constraints.

Empire Kids
After 20 years of cheerleading, team coaching, and private lesson instruction, owner Brooke Plack began hosting lessons and clinics in her garage in Benton, Arkansas.
After a few months of working with eager athletes, Brooke saw the need for an established cheerleading program to train beginner, intermediate, and elite athletes in preparation for their upcoming cheerleading careers at State and National Championship Schools in Central Arkansas.
Empire Kids programs have expanded from just cheerleading and now offer Programs for all athletes.
Connect Academy for Children
Connect AFC is part of the Empire Kids brand. We are passionate about following our families throughout each season of life and listening to what they seek and need from us as community servants.
